Domaine Gueguen

Chablis, France

“At Domaine Gueguen we have chosen to be “artisan” winemakers. We produce real, whole, uncorrected wines with a vintage effect that is the consequence of everything that happens in the vineyards, manifestations of Mother Nature and climate.”

—Céline and Frédéric Gueguen

Domaine Gueguen is a testament to a familial affinity for Chablis winemaking. Céline, hailing from the illustrious Brocard lineage, and Frédéric, born in Paris but with deep roots in Chablis, converge their backgrounds into a shared passion for crafting wines that exude freshness, devoid of oak influence and a reflection of their profound connection to the region’s wine culture.

Rooted in a rich lineage of winegrowers, Céline and Frédéric have leveraged their collective experience to carve out a distinct narrative within the heart of the Chablis vineyard—a Domaine that echoes the essence of Chablis with crisp, bright fruit and laser-pure acidity.

In 2013, Céline and Frédéric established Domaine Gueguen, securing notable vineyard parcels. Including prime Chablis locations and two Chablis 1er Crus situated in the Chablis villages of Préhy, Chichée, and La Chapelle Vaupelteigne.

Embracing minimal intervention in the organically farmed winery, they seek to capture the intrinsic diversity of each parcel, skilfully blending them to create wines that authentically showcase the multifaceted character of Chablis.
