Their aim is to create authentic wines that reflect the essence of a place and grape. With no manipulation in the winery- the expressions are pure and unadulterated. These wines are not mass-produced; they come from established relationships with esteemed Italian growers.
White wines bear names of religious archangels, while reds are named after fallen angels, each reflecting the personality of the grape or the region. Every wine originates from a single variety, vineyard, and represents its native Italian region.
Exclusively sourced from single varieties and vineyards across Italy, the collection prominently features native Italian varietals, a testament to the region’s rich viticultural heritage. and the label art features pagan depictions of each character, adding to the allure of Poggio Anima, which translates to ‘Hill of Souls.’
