Vicentini Agostino
Soave, Italy
Vicentini Agostino Winery, a family-run estate in the heart of Soave, with a commitment to sustainability and organic farming- their wines reflect the unique volcanic soils of the region. Today, Emanuele and Francesca continue the tradition with fresh, innovative approaches to farming and winemaking.
In 1929, Agostino’s father acquired vineyards in Colognola ai Colli, moving from Campiano to the valley. Today, with 14 hectares of vineyards operated by Agostino and Emanuele Vicentini, this family winery upholds a four-generation wine making tradition.
Situated in the region of Veneto, stretching from the Dolomite Mountains to the Adriatic Sea, Azienda Agricola Vicentini Agostino is certified organic.
Their wines are made from only native grapes in vineyards east of Verona, between the enchanting Soave DOC and the prestigious Valpolicella DOC.
These vineyards, some nearly four decades old, yield incredibly low quantities allowing the purity of the fruit to shine through. The diverse soils, from calcareous to volcanic, create wines with unique character.
