This organic Montepulciano, vinified in stainless steel, showcases bright red fruit and a touch of peppery spice, supported by lively acidity and fine-grained tannins. After six months of fermentation and aging, it rests for an additional three months in bottle, making it an excellent choice for pizza and pasta.
